First, we inspect the suites to determine the perfect in and out strategy. We assess any significant mold content in the existing unit and create a report detailing the mold content level. Our trained specialists, using state-of-the-art mold remediation equipment, are prepared to safely deal with any level of mold growth encountered.
Our revolutionary system allows us to perform installations during any season, with no disruption to climate in the suites. Entire installations are usually done on a floor by floor basis (rather than the old riser by riser method) completely eliminating the need to drain and refill risers. This method not only saves time but also avoids the possibility of creating additional unforeseen issues with the building’s existing piping.
